ARTICLE XII - USE OF CHURCH FACILITIES
1. All members of the church and Sunday School are welcome to use the church building and facilities, but are requested to clear the date with the pastor and
trustees. All requests for the use of the church by groups from outside the church or Sunday School shall be acted upon by the church council.
2. In order to pay for utilities, janitor service and kitchen facilities, appropriate donations, within the guide lines as suggested by the trustees, will be accepted from
outside groups using the church. Reimbursement is expected for breakage or damage of equipment.
3. Whenever the kitchen is used by an outside group the service committee shall provide a person or persons to supervise the work in the kitchen.
4. Groups from the church and Sunday School may use the kitchen but approval for such use shall be obtained from the service committee.
5. Any group that uses the building is expected to clean up and leave all equipment, such as tables and chairs, in their proper places.
6. The church is not available for use in fund raising activities such as bazaars, rummage sales, ice-cream socials, etc.
