ARTICLE XIV - FISCAL YEAR

1.           The fiscal year of the church shall be the same as that of the Conference, July 1 to June 30.  All outgoing officers shall complete their year with the end

              of the fiscal year and all new officers shall take up their duties on July 1.

2.           The Sunday School year shall begin on July 1 and end on June 30.  Teachers and officers shall serve for the period of September 1 to August 31.

3.           All newly elected church and Sunday School officers have the right to do such preliminary work as may be necessary before they assume office

              (such as  the Christian Education board appointing teachers for the year.)
