ARTICLE XVI - AMENDMENTS
The bylaws may be amended or revised by a two-thirds vote of the members present at any annual or special meeting, providing the proposed changes have been read or distributed at a Sunday morning service at least two weeks in advance of the time of the meeting at which the changes are to be presented for adoption. They shall be subject to periodic evaluation relative to function.

ARTICLE VII CHURCH OFFICERS
D. The pastor may accept extended speaking engagements with the consent of the church council.
ARTICLE IX - BOARDS AND COMMITTEES
2. Committees
C. Program Committee
This committee shall be appointed by the board of Christian Education. It shall plan, prepare and direct special-day programs as directed by the board of Christian Education.
ARTICLE X - ELECTED OFFICES
4. Church Treasurer
A church treasurer shall be elected for a two year term.
ARTICLE XIII - VOTING, ELECTIONS, PROCEDURE
9. No one shall serve in an elective office, Article X, for more than six years consecutively.
11. Effort shall be made to stagger the terms of the church officers and board members to provide for continuity.
