PREAMBLE

Whereas, the Lord admonishes believers to do all things decently and in order, and since it is advisable that every organized body should have certain rules and regulations according to which its affairs are conducted, this congregation sets forth the following which in conjunction with the Conference Manual of the Evangelical Mennonite Church, will be a guide for its work as a church.
